No, the only thing you pay is the annual flat fee of $299 and you have unlimited access to all the benefits of LocalFramer.com for a year, including as many coupon insertions as we have retail orders that ship to your area.

If customers ship their prints to my store for free, how do they know when to pick them up?

When the tube of prints arrives at your store it will be clearly labeled as a LocalFramer.com order. On the packing slip it will give you the customer's name and contact information. As soon as you receive the order you should alert the customer that the package has arrived so that they can come into your shop and custom frame it.

If customers ship their prints to my store and the prints are damaged by the shipper what should I do?

In event that this happens please contact us at: 888-494-3418 and a customer service representative will send out another order of prints to your location and contact the customer.

How do I know that I will be credited for the sales online?

Because LocalFramer.com markets to its own customers and is used by local frame shops to market to their customers, it is important that you give out your own custom URL for your site to ensure you get credited for sales, for example, www.localframer.com/BobsFrameShop. As long as you give out your full URL, you will always be credited for all sales. Visitors who go directly to www.localframer.com will not result in any commission payment to you; however those visitors will be able to ship their prints to your frame shop for free.

How do I receive commissions from LocalFramer.com?

You will receive monthly commission checks from your online sales. Commission checks are sent at the end of the following month the sales are earned in, to allow enough time to process any refunds. You must earn at least $20 in commissions before a check is sent out. If you earn less than $20 in a month, it will accrue and wait until you have earned $20 or more before sending a check.

We can support multiple shops and chain stores. To set up a multiple store account you must call: 888-494-3418 and a LocalFramer.com representative will setup your account for you.

What if I lost my Password/Log in?

If you have lost your password you can go to partners.localframer.com and click the "forgot your password" link. You will be prompted for your user name and email address and a temporary password will be mailed to you. Once you log into your account you can click the account tab and change your password. If you have forgotten your user name you can call us at: 888-494-3418 and we can help you log into your account.

How do I upload my company's logo and information?

Log into: partners.localframer.com and type in your user name and password. If you have lost either your user name or password read this. Click the logo tab and click browse to find the logo on your computer, then click submit to upload it.

You can get a detailed view of your sales under the reports tab or for a quick overview of both the commissions and sales leads you can view the dashboard tab (the first screen that you see when you log into partners.localframer.com).

Physical stores are limited by a small amount of space to showcase products. LocalFramer.com gives your customers a catalog of over 200,000 art prints to browse that would never fit in any physical retail location. It works much like a catalog that is easier to browse and takes up less room. All of our products that ship to your store will ship for free as well. Most of our entire selection is also available to ship out to you the same day. With the site as a selling tool the customer also doesn't have to browse while they are in your shop, you can simply give them your website address and they can select the piece of art from their home and have it shipped to your store,
